I don't know why this place has so many bad reviews!! We had a nice experience here, food was delicious and reasonably priced, staff seemed friendly, the place was clean, got a whopper meal and chicken nuggets, the burger was amazing and tasty and same with the chips and proper fills you up. The staff was a bit slow to serve but there was only people on so can't judge them for that but rather wait and have it cooked properly tbh!Would definitely come again ️Parking: Few parking spotsKid-friendliness: Kid friendly and offer a few kids meals

I recently visited the Burger King at Parkway in Sheffield and had a great experience. One of the standout features was the ample and convenient parking area available right next to the restaurant. This made it incredibly easy to access the restaurant without any hassle. The service was prompt, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. As for the food, the burgers were delicious, cooked to perfection, and the fries were crispy and flavorful. The seating area was clean and comfortable, creating a nice atmosphere to enjoy the meal. Overall, the Burger King at Parkway in Sheffield is definitely worth a visit, especially for the convenience of the excellent parking area.

Awful, no longer do counter service have to use the self service machines, st problem couldn't get a receipt so didn't know order no, nd when confirming order at pick up point the order was incorrect, surly girl behind counter couldn't or wouldn't get us a receipt. Anyway meal arrived and it was the meal miss surly said we hadn't ordered, after a very mediocre meal went to the bathroom where the door lock on disabled toilet ( only working facility) caught my thumb causing pain and bruising, so fed up of the place by that time I didn't bother trying to report it has I didn't feel like I could deal with the surly rude and frankly horrible staff.

Tried to use the drive thru struggled to turn in as there was two cars parked on the sheveroned no parking at the entrance of the drive thru forcing me to mount the kerb to access the drive thru, probably why that area is a no parking area, when I got to the order point I was instantly told that it was gonna be minutes then I was instructed to park on the no parking zone at the front of store.(apologies to the people parked there as I thought how stupid parking there, as I now know it was burger kings staff putting people at risk) I opted to park in a safe parking bay in front of greggs as I watched cars struggle to enter the car park.. Eventually when the food came it was good. Not sure why food was taking so long or why the staff were advising people to park in the no parking zone making it dangerous for them or anyone else to access burger king or the other shops. Please be carfull if using this restaurant when entering.
